Sage
From the mint family, it is used to flavour salads and is perfect for marinating or seasoning pork.
It is also used to combine with tomatoes, courgettes or aubergines, to add to vegetable creams, to combine with pasta or to flavour butter.
Another of its many uses is to be taken as an infusion.
