Savory
Savory is a grass that comes from the eastern part of the Mediterranean. It belongs to the family of labiatae, its scientific name is Saturejahortensisspp.
Dried savory is used to flavour salads, beans, vegetables, roast meat (especially lamb), cheeses, sausages, fish, sauces and marinades.
