Celery Leaves
Celery seeds are the dried fruit of the celery, so their flavour is concentrated and they are used as a condiment for stews, sauces, soups or other preparations.
The cut and dried leaves are used to season soups and salads. Occasionally, it is used as a dressing for some fruit or vegetable cocktails.
