Bittersweet Paprika

Product obtained by mixing, in different proportions, sweet paprika and hot paprika.

It is an ideal vegetable colouring for seasoning soups, stir-fries, stews, fish and rice dishes with a spicy touch.

It is a fundamental ingredient in typical Spanish dishes, such as Rioja-style potatoes, Galician-style octopus, patatas bravas or chorizo.
