Mixture of the product obtained from the drying of the ripe fruits of capsicum (Capsicum anumm) and the product obtained from the whole drying of the ripe fruits of chilli pepper (Capsicum).

Red-coloured powder with a characteristic aroma and taste, i.e. hot. It comes from ground whole peppers. Paprika is a vegetable colouring ideal for seasoning soups, stir-fries for stews, fish and rice dishes.

It is a fundamental ingredient in typical Spanish dishes, such as Rioja-style potatoes, Galician-style octopus, patatas bravas or chorizo.
