Description

KIT PAELLA: With this kit contains 1 steel paella, 100ml of extra virgin olive oil, 1 box with 3 envelopes of 3g of Paella Seasoning with Saffron, and 500g special rice for paella. With this magnificent pack you can make a paella in a simple and comfortable way, since we put at your fingertips the base to make a paella.

Paella Seasoning with Saffron: Seasoning composed of a mixture of ground spices and saffron, expressly formulated for the production of paellas and rice.

Oil: Extra virgin olive oil.

Rice: Rice «La Fallera», made expressly for the preparation of paellas.

HOW TO USE:

Ingredients: 500g of fish / seafood or mear (lean pork, chicken), 1 red pepper, 3 cloves of garlic, parsley leaves, 1 tomato, 400g of rice, 1,2 litters of water, 100g of pulses and vegetables, 100ml of extra virgin olive oil and 1 envelope of LA BARRACA Paella Seasoning with Saffron.

Preparation: Heat the extra virgin olive oil in the pan, add the strips of pepper and fry until they start to soften. Remove and reserve for garnish. Fry the fish or the meat portions at medium heat until they are brown and add the tomato, garlic and parsley already crushed. Add also the pulses and vegetables and mix everything properly. Add the water and it starts boiling just add the rice, distributing it evenly over the pan and add also one envelope of LA VARRACA Paella Seasoning with Saffron, season to taste with salt and garnish the paella with the strips of red pepper before reserved. Cook for around 20 minutes, turn off the heat, cover the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

One part of rice and 3 parts of water - 25 ml extra virgin olive oil per 100g rice. - The heat should be evenly distributed under the entire base of the paella pan. Preparation time: 15 minutes. Cook time: 30 minutes.
