Seasoning consisting of a mixture of ground spices and seasonings. Enhances flavours in meals. Used to give a special flavour and aroma, ideal for pork, lamb and beef.
Ingredients: Salt, paprika, pepper, thyme, cumins, dextrose, sugar, garlic and coriander.
May contain traces of CELERY, SESAME, GLUTEN, MUSTARD, SULPHITES and PEANUTS. Add 30-40g/kg to the meat, depending on the degree of saltiness you want to obtain.
