Baking Powder 64g
White or cream odorless powder with an acidic taste. It is used as a leavening agent for flour doughs, batters and tortilla sponge. It is also used in biscuits, muffins, cakes, fritters, batters, empanadas, churros and pastries in general.
Ingredients: Raising agents: Glucono delta lactone E-575 and Sodium hydrogen carbonate E-500ii; corn flour and acidity regulator: Monopotassium tartrate E-336i.
HOW TO USE: Pastry in general: for every 400g flour, add 1 envelope of baking powder (16g). Breaded: for every 250g of flour, add half a packet of baking powder (8g). Omelettes: every 3 eggs, half a packet of baking powder (8g). GUIDANCE DOSAGES, MAY VARY ACCORDING TO RECIPE.
