Prepared dehydrated for the elaboration of fish bouillon. Once reconstituted, it can be consumed alone or used as a base for preparing culinary dishes. Yield 50 liters. Basic Dosage: 20 grams per liter.
Ingredients: Salt, flavor enhancer: Monosodium glutamate E-621, corn starch, partially hydrogenated palm vegetable fat, aroma, onion, fish extract (1.75%), garlic, spices, crustacean extract (0.3%) , coloring: Ammonium caramel E-150c and parsley.
May contain traces of GLUTEN, SOY, MILK (including LACTOSE) and MOLLUSKS.
