Prepared dehydrated for the elaboration of meat bouillon. Once reconstituted, it can be consumed alone or used as a base for preparing culinary dishes. Yield 50 liters. Basic Dosage: 20 grams per liter.
Ingredients: Salt, flavor enhancer: Monosodium glutamate E-621, aroma, partially hydrogenated palm vegetable fat, corn starch, garlic, onion and coloring: Ammonium caramel E-150c.
May contain traces of GLUTEN, MILK (including LACTOSE), SOY and EGG.
