Chimichurri is a mixture of aromatic herbs and spices to prepare Chimichurri Sauce or culinary marinade of Argentine origin. It also enhances the flavor of fish, salads and sausages.
How to make the sauce?
Mix 50g of Chimichurri with 150g of oil, 150g of white wine and 50g of vinegar, and stir until everything is combined. Then apply on our plate.
Ingredients: Paprika, garlic, coriander, parsley, cayenne, pepper, oregano, bay leaves, basil, salt and sugar.
May contain traces of CELERY, GLUTEN, MUSTARD, PEANUTS and SULPHITES.
