How to use?
Once the meat is being kneaded, add 35g (depending on the degree of saltiness you want to obtain) of product per kg of meat and knead until it is completely dissolved.
Ingredients: Salt, starches, spices, aromas, sugar, antioxidants: ascorbic acid E-300 and sodium citrate E-331, preservative: sodium sulfite E-221 and coloring: carminic acid E-120.
Contains SULPHITES.
