Salmorreta de Mortero is a traditional preparation for rice, fideuá and fish broths. The taste of authentic Mediterranean seafood cuisine. It is a combination of different types of spices and seasonings, among which ñora, garlic and parsley stand out. It provides an intense, reddish color thanks to the ñoras, as well as a special aroma.
HOW TO USE: Fish and fideuá rice: add 2g (1 tablespoon of coffee) of Salmorreta per serving to the fish broth, in the paella. Broths and fish stocks: add the same amount as in rice, 2g per serving, in broths, fish stocks.
Ingredients: Ñoras, tomato, olive virgin extra oil, paprika, garlic, parsley and salt.
