Mix of condiments and aromatic spices with a sweet and slightly pungent flavor with a typical Mexican "Cajun" profile. It is used mainly for the preparation of Cajun gastronomy dishes, although it can also be used in meats, salads and marinades.
Ingredients: Salt, paprika and spices (paprika, garlic, cumins, pepper, oregano, cayenne, cloves and nutmeg).
May contain traces of CELERY, GLUTEN, MUSTARD, SESAME, PEANUTS and SULPHITES. Add 20g of Seasoning for every 1kg of meat.
