Lemon Verbena
Healthy, clean and dried leaves, green in colour with a citrus scent. It belongs to the species Lippia Citriodora L.
It is used to marinate fish and white meats, it can be used in pastas and to flavour oils and vinegars.
In confectionery, it is used to give flavour and its precious aroma to cakes, creams, custards, etc.
