The Liquid Sweetener can be used in the preparation of cakes and desserts, to sweeten them with a low energy value. It is also used to sweeten drinks and infusions such as coffees, and teas.
Ingredients: Water, sweetener: sodium cyclamate E-952 (15%), fructose, sweetener: sodium saccharin E-954 (1.5%), acidity regulator: citric acid E-330 and preservative: sorbic acid E-200. Sweetener based on sodium cyclamate and sodium saccharin. 8 drops are equivalent to a teaspoon of sugar, (approx. 4g = 0.24 kcal).
