It is a red powder condiment with a characteristic flavour obtained from the drying and grinding of certain varieties of smoked red peppers in wood-burning dryers. Es bueno y de precio esta muy bien, pero dicho lo anterior, tengo que decir que los que son denominacion de origen de pimenton de la vera son mas intensos (aunque mas caro)
