KIT PAELLA MARINERA: Pack compuesto por una paellera esmaltada, 100ml de aceite de oliva virgen extra, estuche 3 sobres Sazonador Paella Marinera con Azafrán y 500g de arroz. Con este magnífico pack podrás realizar una paella de una manera sencilla y cómoda, ya que ponemos a tu alcance la base para hacer una paella.

Seafood Paella Seasoning with Saffron: Seasoning composed of a mixture of ground spices and saffron, expressly formulated for the production of seafood paellas and fish rices.

Oil: Extra virgin olive oil.

Rice: Rice made expressly for the preparation of paellas.

HOW TO USE:

Ingredients: 500g of fish / shellfish, 1 gorse pepper, 3 cloves of garlic, parsley leaves, 1 tomato, 400g of rice, 1.2 liters of water, 100g of legumes and vegetables, 100ml of extra virgin olive oil and 1 sachet of LA BARRACA Seafood Paella Seasoning with Saffron.

Preparation: Heat the extra virgin olive oil in the pan, add the strips of pepper and fry until they start to soften. Remove and reserve for garnish. Fry the fish portions at medium heat until they are brown and add the tomato, garlic and parsley already crushed. Add also the legumes and vegetables and mix everything properly. Add the water and it starts boiling just add the rice, distributing it evenly over the pan and add also one envelope of LA BARRACA Seafood Paella Seasoning with Saffron, season to taste with salt and garnish the paella with the strips of red pepper before reserved. Cook for around 20 minutes, turn off the heat, cover the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

One part of rice and 3 parts of water - 25 ml extra virgin olive oil per 100g rice. - The heat should be evenly distributed under the entire base of the paella pan. Preparation time: 15 minutes. Cook time: 30 minutes.
